Please read below the message we have received from the company carrying out the works to the concrete area around the swimming pool.

Good morning Sue/Daphne, My apologies I couldn’t get back to you last night with an update. After being on hold for eternity and passed from transport to manufacture numerous times, I have an update and forecasted start date so that you can inform the residents. Our resin is in manufacture at present, I had to ask for a slight change in the catalyst which is the working time/drying time to be reduced (slowed down to allow a longer working time) as the weather has got hot quite quick for this time of year. It is being dispatched this Monday coming when the next lorry goes out and will be with me by the end of next week. It’ll be delivered to the workshop or if I can I’ll intercept it at the local delivery warehouse and collect it myself. A date to start, to be a sure date will be 8th in case of any transport problems. They are usually very good with delivery’s I’ve had before ??. I hope this gives you and the residents enough notification. As I said before the works will take 10 days, but we will complete it as soon as possible for you all as I know many will want a dip to cool off in the sun ?. Thank you Richie ???

Mis disculpas por no haber podido contestarles anoche con una actualización. Después de haber estado en espera durante una eternidad y haber pasado del transporte a la fabricación numerosas veces, tengo una actualización y una fecha de inicio prevista para que puedan informar a los residentes.

Actualmente nuestra resina está en fabricación, tuve que pedir un ligero cambio en el catalizador para que el tiempo de trabajo / tiempo de secado pueda ser reducido (ralentizado para permitir un tiempo de trabajo más largo) ya que el clima se ha calentado bastante rápido para esta época del año. Se enviará este lunes cuando salga el próximo camión y estará conmigo a finales de la semana que viene. Se entregará en el taller o si puedo lo interceptaré en el almacén de reparto local y lo recogeré yo mismo.

Una fecha de inicio, para ser una fecha segura será el día 8 en caso de cualquier problema de transporte. Suelen ser muy buenos con las entregas que he tenido antes ??. Espero que esto os sirva de aviso a vosotros y a los vecinos. Como he dicho antes las obras tardarán 10 días, pero las completaremos lo antes posible para todos vosotros ya que sé que muchos querrán un chapuzón para refrescarse al sol ?.
