Internal Rules for the Residents Association

(APPROVED - AT THE AGM ON 9TH APRIL 2018)

Art. 1

All property owners and occupiers must not disturb other residents.  All equipment (radio, television, power tools, etc) are to be used in such a way as to not cause a disturbance to other residents.

Art. 2

All occupants will maintain the urbanisation in a clean and tidy manner and are requested not to drop any litter.

Rubbish is to be disposed of in the waste receptacles situated on the roadways surrounding the urbanisation.

Art. 3

The property owners are requested to maintain their properties and gardens in a good condition thereby maintaining a high standard throughout the urbanisation.

Art. 4

It has been agreed that the pool would be open throughout the year and maintained accordingly.

Art. 5

It is not permitted to play within the pool area and the rules for the use of the pool (Art. 9.1 to Art. 9.2) must be followed (for use between the hours of 09.00 hrs and 22.00hrs).

Art. 6

It is not permitted to leave children alone under 12 years of age in the pool area and parents/guardians are responsible for the safety and actions of the children in their care at all times.

Art. 7

Children are permitted to wear White T-Shirts in the pool for protection.

Art. 8

The following are not permitted in the pool and pool area:

1.      Entering the pool without first showering.

2.      Entering the pool with clothes (including cut-off jeans) other than swimwear.

3.      Food of any kind.

4.      Animals of any kind.

5.      The use of any material, which may contaminate the pool water (soap, etc).

6.      Bicycles.

7.      Playing with balls.

8.      Large rubber toys, airbeds, etc.

9.      Glass.

10.   Topless bathing.

11.   Long hair (unless tied up).

12.   Leaving rubbish in the pool area.

13.   Leaving items such as lilos, etc in the swimming pool area when you go home.

Art. 9

Parents/guardians are responsible for the actions and safety of the children in their care within the urbanisation at all times.

Art. 10

Dogs should be kept on leads and under control on  paths and roadways of  the urbanisation at all times.   Any excrement must be cleaned by owners immediately.

Art. 11

Please respect others and keep noise to a minimum after 24.00hrs, including dog barking.

Art. 12

Games and pets are not allowed on pavements and the internal paths.

Art. 13

In the case that a property is let to friends or rented, the occupants are to be made aware of these rules.  If there are problems with paying clients and the owner does not respond to the comments of the President, then the owner will be reported to the local authority to ensure that the property is being let legally and taxes being paid to the Spanish authorities.

Art. 14

Ball games are not allowed on the urbanisation.

Art. 15

All gates are to be kept closed and locked at all times.  Parents have to ensure that their children lock the gates at all times.

Art. 16

The driving of vehicles within the urbanisation is limited to 10Km/h.   It is not permitted to park any vehicles on the urbanisation roadways save for loading/unloading.  All visitors should observe these rules.

Art. 17

No cycling or skating allowed in passageways.
