Recordar que en 2025 se acordó en Junta que aquellas viviendas que tenía alquiler turísto solo sería válido hasta su vencimiento, y ya no se podria renovar porque la mayoria de propietarios decidieron votar por NO a las licencias turisticas.

De manera que es posible que alguna vivienda todavia tenga el permiso en vigencia por eso se menciona a las vivendas destinadas a alquiler.

Please note that in 2025, the General Meeting agreed that tourist rental licences would only remain valid until their expiry date and could not be renewed, as the majority of owners voted against tourist licences.

 It is therefore possible that some properties may still have a valid licence, which is why properties intended for rental are mentioned.

Estimados propietarios:

Enviamos este correo para solicitarles a todos los usuarios que, antes de acceder a la piscina, se aclaren correctamente la crema solar en las duchas habilitadas para ello ya que el exceso de crema solar en el agua provoca suciedad, acumulación de residuos y la necesidad de realizar limpiezas adicionales, lo que supone un incremento de los gastos de mantenimiento para la comunidad.

Asimismo, rogamos a los propietarios que tengan viviendas destinadas a alquiler o que reciban huéspedes que les informen debidamente de las normas de la comunidad y les recuerden la obligación de respetarlas durante su estancia. 

Es responsabilidad de cada propietario asegurarse de que sus huéspedes hagan un uso correcto de las zonas comunes y mantengan una convivencia respetuosa con el resto de los vecinos.

Dear owners: 

We are sending this email to ask all users to ensure they rinse off their sun cream thoroughly in the showers provided for this purpose before entering the swimming pool as excess sun cream in the water causes dirt and a build-up of residue, which leads to increased maintenance costs for the community. 

We also ask owners who have properties let out or who receive guests to inform them properly of the community rules

and remind them of their obligation to respect these during their stay. 

It is the responsibility of each owner to ensure that their guests make proper use of the communal areas and maintain a respectful relationship with the rest of the residents. 

We would like to thank you in advance for your cooperation and understanding, which will help to ensure the facilities are kept in good condition.
